Michael F. Savicki is American Express Global Business Travel’s chief risk & compliance officer, where he is responsible for global risk management and regulatory compliance activities across the organisation. He has over 20 years of experience advising on complex legal, regulatory compliance and risk management issues. Prior to joining American Express GBT in 2015, Mr Savicki was senior attorney, global compliance & corporate governance at Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, counsel at Deutsche Bank’s litigation and regulatory enforcement group and senior litigation associate at Fried Frank LLP. He began his legal career as a law clerk at the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of Tulane Law School and Connecticut College and a member of the Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York state bars.
