Ray Bonci is senior vice president and chief ethics & compliance officer at Airbus, where he leads the company’s global compliance function. With over two decades of experience, he specialises in the resolution of cross-border investigations and outside monitorships, the implementation of benchmark compliance frameworks and the navigation of complex regulatory environments. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Total Energies and European Aeronautic Defence & Space Company (EADS). He began his legal career as an associate at Cleary Gottlieb in New York before moving to Paris and joining Clifford Chance. He is a graduate of Yale University and NYU School of Law, and a member of the New York state bar. He has been awarded the French National Order of Merit for outstanding contribution to the legal profession, and is regularly invited to speak at international legal conferences.
