These principles emphasise that AI must be created by people, for people, incorporating human oversight so that technology enhances the workforce, expands capability and benefits society. They also stress the importance of acting responsibly, building the right frameworks to design, develop and deploy AI in ways that are transparent and controllable. Finally, principles highlight the need for AI to remain secure and ethical, rooted in core values, safety and ethics at every stage, including adherence to privacy principles and security safeguards. This allows organisations to view risk across the enterprise and the global market, pivoting quickly as new challenges emerge, while remaining firmly anchored in AI guiding principles.
